Tuberculosis Burden in India
During my winter break, I traveled to India to visit my family. Every morning, before the busy day with relatives began, my dad and I took a rickshaw to the slum areas to visit the homes of tuberculosis patients. We investigated why tuberculosis, a curable disease, was still claiming the lives of so many in my hometown in India. Below are videos I made to document the trip and address this serious problem, hoping to eventually eradicate this infection.
